Keep abreast of payroll best practice and legislation when it changes: constant compliance is delivered straight to your desktop as soon as changes happen.

Payroll exists at the cross roads of different disciplines; HR and finance to name but two. As a result payroll professionals have to keep up to date with a broad range of legislative changes.

Keeping tabs on employment legislation, case law, edicts from HMRC and many others to ensure you keep your organisation compliant is difficult and time consuming. It can’t be done by just keeping an eye on the Budget and Autumn Statement.

As constant compliance is designed to complement our Payroll and HR Update course it is only available to delegates who have completed a course in the last 12 months or who are booked onto an upcoming Payroll and HR Update course.

The webinars are delivered as soon as possible after a legislative change that impacts on payroll professionals. But don’t worry if you can’t make a specific time slot; all of the webinars are available on demand via our website so you can access when it suits you.

You can view the webinars as many times as you need, via a secure password that is emailed to you.

Each webinar is accompanied by detailed course notes covering the subject under review in great depth, it is not just a set of webinar slides but a full eBook covering all the information reviewed in the session.

There will be six to eight constant compliance webinars throughout the year depending on the scale of legislative change driven by the government’s agenda.

Annual subscription allows a single login to the live webinar (although as many people as you wish can watch with you), and unlimited replays for you or your colleagues on demand, it is a constant reference source.

Premium Helpdesk Service

Constant Compliance subscribers also get access to our Premium help desk service to allow follow up questions on the legislation change and / or advice on company specific questions.

Up to 10 questions a year are allowed, and the tutor will spend up to 30 minutes per question providing a written or verbal answer.

Each webinar will typically be 30-45 minutes, with a further 15 minutes for questions.

Each webinar will cover the change(s), the reason for the change(s), and the implications for UK organisations. Where applicable our tutors will also outline the options for organisations to consider in response to the legislation change(s).
